![]() So I moved AC FOV in (lower number) such that the steering wheel on screen kind of felt like a realistic scale. It's not a bad thing - but I suppose my main concern in this new FOV consideration is that things be fairly accurate in scale/FOV, perhaps with a bit of compromise for some extra periphery (single screen.). If I set Assetto Corsa to the same FOV number as iRacing calculated, I still feel like I am further back in the car than in iRacing, and seeing more peripheral. Takes some getting used to moving in so much! ![]() It has an FOV calculator in the options, in game (uses screen width and distance to eye, and of course the resolution). I had a little play in iRacing yesterday for the first time in years. I've previously always driven with what would be an unrealistically wide FOV - Started on LFS a few years back and basically used to set it so I could see the actual car mirrors, not knowing any better. I've recently been thinking about FOV and changing my sim settings.
